We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Philly cheesesteaks, but we’re very sorry about the delay with your chicken wings and fries and the way the situation was handled. Waiting that long for a small order — especially when you arrived first — is frustrating, and receiving a sarcastic response is not the level of service we expect from our team.
