The Steak House offers a pleasant dining experience with good service and a comfortable atmosphere. The food was average overall—nothing particularly stood out, but it was decent for a casual meal. There’s room for improvement in flavor and consistency, though it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for a straightforward steakhouse experience. Phenomenal food and an amazing atmosphere! Easily one of the absolute best steakhouses in the city. The steaks were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. Special thanks to Jonel for the outstanding service—he was extremely polite, fast, and attentive throughout the entire meal. 10/10 highly recommend!" Great Flavors, But Service Standards Need Alignment As someone who travels frequently across different cities and provinces in Saudi Arabia, I always make it a point to dine at Steak House. While the food at this specific branch tasted amazing and maintained the flavor quality I love, I did notice that the steak portion size felt significantly smaller compared to other branches. However, the main area that requires urgent attention is the service. For a casual fine dining establishment, the sequence of service. Interruptive Check-Backs: Servers need to be trained on timing. Checking back on guests should be done seamlessly, not by interrupting active conversations. Beverage Service: Bottled drinks should always be opened in front of the guest and poured directly into the glass. Guests shouldn’t have to call a server back just to ask for a cap to be removed. Table Clearance & Upselling: A proper check-back should happen after guests finish eating, explicitly asking if there is anything else they need before clearing the table. Bill Payment Hospitality: When it comes to the bill, servers should politely inform guests that they can pay by scanning the QR code, rather than just pointing at it abruptly. Overall, the food flavors made it a decent experience, but this branch is currently a far cry from the excellent service standards of the other Saudi branches.
