worst food EVER!!! food order came out in order. staff can't understand English! the hot pot had No flavour at all!! my son felt sick from the "smoked salmon" salad... NEVER AGAIN

I’ve been here a few times and we always order the same thing. Today was a busier night and they got almost our whole table’s orders wrong- instead of apologizing and trying to at least fix the mistake and get us the right order the waitress was rude and the owner dared to lie to us that the non marbled steak was wagyu. We were charged for all the items we ordered even though we were given a $10 steak instead of a $30 wagyu. Everyone was unapologetic and rude.

Safe to say we will never step foot at this place every again; not from the mistaken order but cause we don’t want to support a business where the owner is a lying scum and absolutely trash workers that are unfriendly and incompetent at taking orders accurately.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Steak on the Rocks.

I opt for the 350g Eye Fillet. The steak is always lean and fresh. It's a unique experience to cook on a hot rock. I love it, will always go here when I have the chance.

Only fault: As someone who isn't of an Asian background, but am a local, the language barrier can be a little difficult.
