Would highly recommend!!! Just been and I’ve never written a review on a store before but wow! For the price, the quality of the food was amazing and I will definitely be going back. It cost me £22 for 2 large meals and the portions were amazing. (For anyone with a big appetite ) if you’re looking for a chippy to go to, go here!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely diabolical service and attitude. Ordered at 6pm and at 7.26pm order still not arrived! Just eat saying order will arrive around 8.10pm,2 hours for “fast food” is not acceptable but keep pushing the time back anyway so not expecting any time soon. Rang Stephen’s golden cod to be told the food was ready and because of the rain drivers were at the other side of town!!!!! So therefore food would arrive cold soggy when a driver had not even accepted! Ordered lots from here last time the drinks were missing Will not be ordering again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi joanne, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We prepare all orders fresh and our prep time is around 20 minutes, but once the food is handed over to Just Eat, the delivery time is unfortunately out of our control. On this occasion, your order was ready on time, but due to driver delays and the weather, it wasn’t collected promptly. We even had to remake your order several times to ensure it was fresh, but we understand this still doesn’t make up for the long wait you had. We always double-check that every item, including drinks, is given to the Just Eat driver before they leave. If something goes missing during delivery, it’s sadly not on our end — but we know how frustrating that is. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope your next experience will be much smoother. Thank you for your feedback — it really does help us improve.
