I was there for breakfast with a group on a Saturday. I think that with a lack of staff you certainly have to make compromises, but if you order a specific breakfast that you can eat after > 1/2 hour. Only on request, while a second person gets the same breakfast in just 5 minutes, it's not that nice. Likewise, if the second person gets almost twice as much food, that's not understandable, at least they both pay the same. Stressed staff who aren't all that friendly and are obviously completely overwhelmed doesn't make it any better. With a breakfast costing >€11, I expect to get enough to cover two rolls.
