We always aim to keep our original, authentic flavors intact. However, when it comes to the heat, we intentionally temper the spice factor so that the intense chili burn doesn't completely overwhelm the complex spices and herbs that define the dish. That said, dry butter chicken and a flavorless Madras are definitely not what we strive for, and we will be addressing this with our kitchen team immediately.
