Strictly a review of this single experience and employee... I did not see a name tag. 5-22-26 1:00 PM. Not "Deb". I came in for 2 milkshakes and a double scoop vanilla with hot fudge. She did not know how to ring that in. I nicely suggested "a sundae, add a scoop." She did not seem impressed I knew the answer. Cashed me out, I went over the ice cream counter. She proceeded to cash out other customers, one being the other employee "Deb". Roughly 10 minutes after being cashed out she has finished the milkshakes and explains she doesn't have sundae dishes. I asked for a hand packed pint dish. She ignored me and went to find sundae dishes. She came back saying they were out of sundae dishes and she was going to use a banana split boat (.....seriously? With 3 other "cup" options, you're going to chose a boat? I would take a plastic 20oz cup over a boat.) Anyways, I again ask for a hand packed pint cup. "I guess." She starts scooping the ice cream. As she does so, she is leaning over the cup and a whole chunk of her hair (which is very poorly put up) is going in the cup, laying in the ice cream. As I notice this happening, she asks me if I want a lid. I very gently said "Errr, no, that's okay but .. uh .. your hair is going in the cup." She says "excuse me??".... I explained, "your hair is going into the icecream." She very aggressively puts the cup down and yells "Deb, she says my hair is going in the ice cream you're going to have to do this!!! Guess I'll fix my hair" and storms away. Like I fail to see why I got yelled at here? Her hair ...literally... had vanilla ice cream in it..... And I COULD not have been kinder explaining what had happened. Some people just do not belong in customer service. I worked at Stewart's many years. If I knew for a 100% fact I did NOT even get close to having my hair in there, I would STILL... "Oh my goodness I am so sorry, let me make you a new one. Thank you for telling me, I am so sorry."..... Like... What is wrong with you? Gross. Do better.

We are very sorry to learn about your experience. This certainly isn't the experience our customers should expect, and we assure you this will be addressed appropriately by the District Manager.
