We visited Sticky Paws hoping for a stress-free family meal, but unfortunately, the food and service were a massive letdown. We ordered the penne pasta for my son, and what arrived at our table was honestly shocking: The Pasta: It was a bowl of completely plain penne that looked and tasted like it had been boiling for over an hour. It was so incredibly overcooked that the tubes were entirely mushy and torn apart. The Service: What made it worse was the staff's attitude. It was painfully obvious that they knew exactly what kind of subpar food they were delivering, yet they didn't bother to care, quality-check it, or offer to make it right. The Verdict: If a restaurant is geared toward families, the very least they can do is get the kids' basics right. Delivering a bowl of mushy, torn-apart pasta and hoping we wouldn't notice is not okay. We won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £1–10
