An example to follow. We arrived without having reserved a table, in the middle of the busiest Christmas dinner season. No free tables, but still they found a place for us, fetched tables and chairs, and set the table for us before we could be served a waiting drink at the bar. Ok, we thought, this was promising, but it will probably take a long time to get further service. But we didn't have time to think about it until we received top-class service and follow-up. We were shown to our place, were able to order quickly, and the food arrived quickly on the table. Skeptical of pink duck breast, it can quickly be chewy, but not here; absolutely wonderfully tender and tasty. Trout flambé with fennel as well; beautifully flaked, tender and tasty. The service continued where the vast majority stop. Top up in wine glasses and sincere wishes for us to be well. Lovely espresso martini for dessert topped off the evening. This was an experience that far exceeded expectations, both in terms of service and taste. Will be more than happy to return. Lovely place. Fantastically good food. Tender meat, wonderful seasoning and the Moctail was scrumptious. There was nothing to say about the prices either. Recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 600–700 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
