Trying new vegan spots is my all time favorite hobby. This place wasn’t here last time I was in town so I was thrilled when I saw an all vegan restaurant pop up in Corktown! I tried many items, but the nachos were hands down my favorite! Their ranch was also a hitter! The Mac and cheese was unfortunately a miss, which is a bummer. I knew it wasn’t a fan favorite but had to try it anyway. Fingers crossed it gets an upgrade! The branding, build out, merch, and staff were all wonderful. So looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried them for the first time at Tied Down fest this year, and it was fantastic. As an admittedly non vegan/ vegetarian, I told my wife that if I could have a plant based burger this good every time, I'd never eat a regular hamburger again.

Somehow, in the eight years that Street Beet has been around (mostly as a pop-up), I'm just now trying it out. I'm not vegan, but you don't have to be to enjoy their entirely vegan menu. I got the Brunchywrap and it was so gd good. There will be a future morning where I will wake up with this on my mind. It's hard not to think of Bobcat Bonnie's in the space, but they updated it a bit. They rearranged the bar counter. The host stand is in a different spot. They still have the games in the back. I'll be back. The cinnamon roll looked so good. And the biscuits and gravy.
