We had a lovely meal after the Starlight Express show today. The post show set menu had great choice and was really reasonable and the food was delicious. The staff were lovely. Really couldn’t fault it. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing, there is no live music though, unless special events, but it is worth going all the way to Wembley Park and have the most amazing Mediterranean stuffed aubergine with grilled king prawns, there is an unique touch of expertise and taste.from the chefs. Me and my husband came here for a meal, we have left thinking it was the worst £122 we have ever spent. I honestly felt so awkward raising this in the restaurant but to be honest I could have just got a McDonald’s and been so much happier. There was no parking, me and my husband was looking for over an hour, when we was calling the restaurant they wouldn’t answer. We finally arrived and we arrived 5 minutes before we was due to be there and the welcoming was so poor. They did not take our coats, we had to hang them ourselves on these cheap open hangers which I was extremely concerned that it would get stolen and there was no awareness of what was being hung up. We then was seated and it was a set menu, the menu choices was extremely poor, if you’ve got an allergies or something your unable to eat don’t bother. They also come round extremely quick at the start overloading you with the starter, and mains. They did not offer us any salt or pepper I had to ask, I really also wished for some sauce as it the chips were meant to be triple cooked, they was dry and basically felt like chip shop chips - no quality at all. They gave us wine on each meal, so yourself paying over £100 for the meal, the wine was dry and had no taste and the waitress came over and said do you not like the wine; I said no they did not explain was wine was being served, did not explain the date or quality and felt like Tesco wine. We then was so annoyed so we waited for our desert chocolate Fondae- it was awful the chocolate seemed burnt ? We simply just paid and left. I would never ever return here. It was basic service and again I could of got better quality at McDonald’s do not waste your money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

From the team’s interactions with you on the evening, we were under the impression that you were enjoying your time with us, so it is disappointing to learn that this was not the case. Unfortunately, we do not have on-site parking. This is noted on our website FAQs, particularly to help guests plan ahead when visiting us. We do understand how frustrating parking can be, especially on busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day. With regard to your concerns about your coats and belongings, we would like to reassure you that we have security on site at all times and take the safety of our guests’ property very seriously. As you dined with us on Valentine’s Day, we were offering a specially curated set menu for the evening. This menu was available to view at the time of booking. We are sorry to hear that the selection was not to your taste. Outside of special event dates, we offer our full and expansive à la carte menu, which provides a much wider range of choice and flexibility, including for dietary requirements. We do genuinely value all feedback and will reflect on your comments with the team. We’re sorry that on this occasion we did not deliver the experience you were hoping for.
