Subs are always made correctly and quickly. They ask if you're there for a pickup when there's a long line so you don't have to wait. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this subway used to be great blah blah” Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
