Today I went to your store and had a very disappointing experience. The staff asked if I wanted the bread toasted and I said yes. They put the bread in the toaster but took it out before the timer finished — I could clearly see there were still about 4 seconds left. As a result, the bread was still cold and it felt like it wasn’t properly toasted at all. It also felt like the staff member was not paying attention to the job. If someone is working, they should take more care rather than rushing through it. In addition, the amount of vegetables added to my sandwich did not feel worth the price I paid. There were no other customers in the store at the time except me, which made the experience even more disappointing. Normally I really enjoy coming to this store because the other staff members are very kind and attentive, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the service. Price per person: NZ$10–20

Took 15mins to make 3 ft longs( new guy so he was slow as a snail) but made a excellent ft long. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Massive shout out to the amazing lady who works here on Tuesday mornings! The best customer service out of any subway I have ever visited, along with care and attention when preparing the food. I will be back again and I live 20mins away. Seriously the best experience! Thank you! Price per person: NZ$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
