Subway Takanini is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire experience. I ordered a Veg Patty sub, and the lady at the counter was adding the smallest amount of vegetables possible. I had to repeatedly ask her to add more veggies. The same thing happened with the sauces as well. What surprised me the most was when I asked her to cut the sub in half, she refused and said, “We don’t do that at this branch.” I honestly don’t understand what difference cutting it in half would make, especially when every other Subway does it without any issue. In the end, I told her I didn’t want the sub anymore, and her response was simply, “It’s fine.” Very disappointing customer service and overall experience. Never going to this Subway again. No white bread, chose wheat instead & Italian herbs. Both bread was stale wheat more so than the Italian. Was given the last handful of Lettuce that looked like it has sat there all day brown or horrible, saw the new lot which looked no better.
Tables not cleaned and to think we travel from.drury to takanini subway because we thought it was better than papakura but not sure now
