I would give their service -10 stars. On Saturday around 7:30 pm, my husband went to order a footlong and asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. One of the Asian staff members told him they didn’t have that bread available and only had Malted Rye, so my husband agreed to it. Just after that, right in front of him, a white lady came in and asked for the exact same bread, and the staff member immediately started making her footlong with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread — the same bread they had just said was unavailable. My husband asked, “Why did you deny me then?” and the staff member casually replied, “Oh, I didn’t notice, sorry.” The bread was clearly right in front of him, so the excuse didn’t feel genuine at all. What made it more disappointing is that the staff member himself was also Asian, I felt like if White people asked to lick their feet he will do that, yet it genuinely felt like we were treated differently and not given the same respect as other customers. Very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful experience. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This morning I went into get a subway and the most rudest worker we got served by called AK he was not polite as soon as we walked in he says what do you want and gave us an evil look. Quite disappointed since we come here a lot and the other workers are lovely. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The old Asian lady (Shirley) served me today and she was rude from the get go. I’ve been in multiple times to the Lunn Ave branch and she’s been rude and miserable every time. I don’t know who manages this place but they need to do some staff training. The staff look sad and depressed and clearly hate their job. I’ll spend my money else where from now on. I wish I could give zero stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
