When I was walking out I slipped on unmarked wet floor and fell to the ground. I tried to reach out to the table to keep myself up but my underarm got wedged by the chair and my head hit the floor. I now have a nice bruise in my under arm area and couldn’t let my arm down the rest of the night - paired with a headache too. After I fell I told the employee that the floor was wet and a hazard, she replied saying “yes the floor is wet”, thank you Einstein. No wet floor sign, no apology, no compensation, nothing. You’re lucky we’re not in the US because someone could’ve been seriously injured and sued. Despite being bruised and battered, I’m happy it wasn’t someone older as they could have been seriously injured due to this negligence. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a disappointing experience at Subway Browns Bay due to the unprofessional behaviour of one staff member (she is a short girl working at the counter). I saw her speaking rudely to a new staff member in front of customers without offering proper guidance. As an Uber delivery driver, I have also experienced dismissive and disrespectful behaviour from her while collecting orders. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behaviour and professionalism.
