On September 29 about 6:10 to 6:14pm, my mother visisted and purchased two subs. On one of the subs she was asked for extra vegetables but the man put so much on the sub that you cannot eat it. It looks like a salad thrown on top of bread. He couldn't even close the sub. I didn't go in with her so i was not aware of this until I took her home and she opened it. I was appalled when I saw it and told her we were going back up there immediately. I came back to the restaurant to get them to redo it but the man refused trying to blame my mother. He continued to not listen to us so i did get loud with him as I was disgusted that this man would fix her a sub such as that and refuse to fix it. He ignored us and went on to service other customers. After a few minutes, the other staff member fixed her sub, which I appreciate that, but the customer service here is appalling. I have always come to this subway and never had that happen so I was very surprised by his behaviour. All he had to do was apologize and gives us our money back if he didn't want to redo it. Also, if she really did ask for too much, he could've just told her that the sub won't be able to close and fixed it properly. I will not be coming to this location ever again. I have filed a complaint as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
