This subway is terrible when ordering from a third party delivery company. I regularly order a combo with an extra cookie - they never add in the extra cookie unless I specifically put it on the order note. Today, they forgot the cookie, my drink and used the wrong bread - it’s like they don’t even look at order slips properly. It’s really disappointing. A one off, I understand but this is a regular occurrence and the uber driver said another customer had complained about a similar issue. It’s getting ridiculous. Please just read order slips carefully! Food: 2 Service: 1

Subway Kelso never disappoints. The food is always fresh, and the staff are efficient and polite. Nabin deserves a special mention for the outstanding service and positive attitude. Highly recommend this store! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dirty store, staff is more busy browsing their computer screen than serving the customer. Waited for almost five minutes.no one else showed up on the counter to serve and no other customers were present in the store other than us. Better to avoid this place all together. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
