Edit: I've updated my review because we had good customer service the other day, but my original review content will remain. On Mother's Day, I felt like this establishment was understaffed. There was a family in front of me ordering four sandwiches, and a kid in front of me who ordered three sandwiches. There were also two people behind me who had ordered their sandwiches online. I got their at 5:30 and was still in line at 6:20. The server let the people who had ordered their sandwiches online go in front of me. My understanding is that when you order online, your sandwiches are supposed to be ready for pickup. After the first person who had pre-ordered online was let in front of me, I protested, because I only had one sandwich to order. The person who had been let in front of me snipped at me and said, "If you can't wait, just go somewhere else."

Reese helped me and my fiance when we came in today. Despite him being in training he greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. Kept conversation flowing the entire time, and made THE BEST sandwich, I’ve ever had. Reese even recommended something that I haven’t tried before, and it turned out to be amazing! I would come back more often, it’s just the manager really does not seem like a happy person or that they have the business in mind. The manager screwed up my fiancés sandwich and the pepperoni dipper. The dipper had no pepperoni despite her double checking which one we wanted. And there was barely any cheese. My fiance and I love the roll ups but that one was so bad we both had to put it down and waste it because of how bad it tasted. And she was incredibly rude to my fiance while there, which I do not appreciate. I give the service of the employees and trainee (Reese) a 20/10 best I’ve ever been served, but the atmosphere was so beat down bc of the managers attitude that it actually made me feel bad for the people having to work with her. The date is 6/9/25. I hope the owner sees this, as this used to be my favorite subway, but after the last few visits, I’m just going to bring my business to polson for awhile.
