I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Subway. I went there expecting a normal, fresh, and hygienic meal, but what I saw while my sandwich was being prepared was very concerning. There was a bunch of hair around the food, and the employee making my sandwich was not wearing a hair net or any proper hair covering. Seeing hair so close to the food completely ruined my appetite and made me question the cleanliness and food-handling practices at this location. What made the experience even worse was the employee’s rude and disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I believe I should be treated politely, especially when I’m raising a genuine concern about hygiene. Instead, the attitude I received made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cleanliness and food safety should never be taken lightly, especially when preparing food for customers. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously, looks into what happened, and makes sure employees follow proper hygiene and food-safety practices. I also hope customer service improves, because customers deserve to feel comfortable and respected when they are spending their money at a restaurant. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I was very unhappy with both the hygiene and the customer service.
