Got a ‘tsk’ tongue click from a staff that appeared to be of Indian descent for asking for the receipt. During the salad selection, i had to answer ‘lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato’ twice for her to leave out the tomato and asked me whether it was guacamole that i wanted. I asked her whether i could have tomato instead, when i should have corrected her saying she missed the tomato. Service aside, the bread was tiny/flat compared to how they usually are. I could feel the difference when holding the foot-long sub in my hands, and not only that, it also wasn’t filling enough after i finished it. Very unfortunate, do better please. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Worst service ever. The male staff member working this morning was extremely rude and impatient. He had a terrible attitude and was very careless with the food, basically tossing the ingredients onto my sandwich. Never stepping foot in here again! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$1–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience with this Subway outlet. The packing and service were extremely poor. I had just picked up my order and stepped outside the store when the food fell out of the bag because it wasn’t packed properly. The entire sub opened up, and all the sauces and vegetables spilled everywhere. Everything got completely messed up. It’s very disappointing that the store attendant did not hand over the order in a proper way. Because of their negligence, I was left with no choice but to eat food that had fallen on the ground. Very dissatisfied with the service. Would not recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
