Regardless of intent, that type of remark is inappropriate and does not reflect the environment we strive to create. Regarding your sandwich, simply removing ham from a sandwich should not automatically result in an upcharge. We understand how that would be frustrating and confusing. We will be reviewing this with the team to ensure everyone clearly understands proper ordering procedures and how to handle modifications correctly.
