“Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Jaggi! Friendly, fast, and made the sandwich perfectly. Excellent customer service and very welcoming attitude. The store was clean and the food was fresh. Definitely deserves a 5-star review!” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 2 subs different breads ,both subs half of each one was as hard as a rock, bread hard and crunchy, exactly how old bread is, no problem charging premium prices for old inferior product, will be boycotting crowfoot location, there toppings are also very skimpy even as your watching. Slap in the face asking for tip when paying by card. Keep it up, hope you go out of business..

I don’t usually fill these out but just so disappointed with Crowfoot location in Calgary today. They made a mistake on our order. Didn’t sent full order. When I called to see if they could send the rest, they said they were too busy to deliver it. Please who ever owns this store train your staff to deal with issues like this. The staff lady was so nice but clearly not trained as to how to correct this issue. People pay a lot of money to order now and being told they can’t correct the issue or unable to accommodate the customer paying for what is ordered is not acceptable.
