I dont know if its every time but the older woman working on 12/2/25 at around 11:30AM was not helpful. My subs were barely toasted to where the cheese wasn't even melted and the woman did not want to put appropriate amount of toppings on subs. She was very rude despite myself being very polite. Do not recommend and plan to avoid this place if changes are not made. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

It has been at least 2 years since we ordered from this subway because EVERY TIME we would order online and PAY for extras, we would NEVER GET THEM... figured maybe they got it together by now. Nope. This time was NO different. No surprise there. Ordered extra bacon, and there was barely bacon on it at all. We live so close we could walk to this subway, but I guess we'll continue to drive to mt gilead location instead. Brought this issue up to a manager 2 years ago and nothing was ever done. They just ignored me. This place is garbage. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
