Claims to open at 9 a.m. Placed an order online that said ready for pickup at 11:20. Employees didn't show up until 11:30. Didn't get food until 12:15. This location is terrible. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shameka & her mother were good people, fantastic staff, went above & beyond just to make sure I got the meal I was hoping for and the food was delicious, thank you both! As of right now the BEST Subway for me in Cleveland!

This location has to lock their doors, I guess because of all the homeless people in the area. I thought they were closed at first but no they were open. Food was good no complaints. Food: 5
