This area manager named Abir (on her shirt) is very rude and impolite. When i entered the store she saw me and was taking long breath like she wasn't expecting anyone to come in the store. Very unprofessional behaviour. I asked her to toast the wrap and she made this very bad face like she doesn't wanna do her job. She saw the veggies were wilted she still was putting it and when i asked to remove it she was looking at me like what is wrong! The wraps were not properly made. I asked her to toast both the wraps and she very rudely said I can't do both together. When she could just say it normally. Very bad experience. Floors were very dirty. Customer service was bad. I am a hospitality sector employee, working in fnb for 6 years I would never behave like this in front of my customers. I would never make faces and make them feel if they are some burden on me. Worst experience ever, from an area manager. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Wilted veggies

Lazy incompetent workers, had no bacon in salad bar barley any chicken no gluten free raps out the front asked for a gluten free wrap rolled there eyes then asked for chicken and bacon on a foot long and the wrap went back got chicken forgot the bacon mentioned it again and staff said there was no bacon continued with order then staff at the end grabbed wrong dressing asked for ranch sauce staff put mayonnaise on wrap and ranch sauce on sub then called up 15 minuites later and staff had no idea about making the order will definitely never be going back to this subway staff also put the wrap right next to the sub at one point they had made contact as someone with gluten intolerance (celiac) no gluten means no contact with gluten Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
