I have asked someone in the restaurant twice to have the owner give me a call and they refuse to call me. I had stopped in at 8:45 to get a sandwich and the old guy that works in there gave me the cut throat sign and when I walked in he rushed me back out the door and said we are closed and locked the door and closing time is 9pm. I was not very happy. I would choose another location beside Conover. Ever since new management that store is going down hill. The old guy in there needs to retire. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The staff are not very friendly and the sandwiches are less than half of what they used to be especially paying 14-00 - 15.00 for a 12 inch sub. They skimp on the meat and cheese yes but to skimp on the veggies that are basically almost free is insane don’t even get me started on the mayo mustard or any condiments because that’s equally as bad. Subway has went way downhill all of them!! Better off going to any other sub shop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there about a month ago and the service was terrible. The two older guys working were rude and took 15 minutes to help me even though only two people were ahead of me. When the card reader wasn’t working properly, I told one of them and he replied “figure it out”. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never spoke like that to my customers before, or had an employee talk to a customer that way. Won’t be going back!
