I would like to share my wonderful experience with Subway cranbourne. All stuff including veggies is always fresh, well-prepared, and neatly arranged, perfect for my business meetings and lunches. The staff is very helpful, and the service is always quick and efficient. A special thanks to the staff for her excellent support and professionalism around 3:30pm. Easy parking is an added bonus, making the entire experience smooth and convenient! Overall, I'm very satisfied and truly appreciate the consistent quality and service . Visited this Subway recently and was disappointed by the atmosphere. The store was very busy and appeared to be short-staffed. During my visit, I observed a person who seemed to be the manager or owner yelling at staff members in front of customers. The employees appeared to be working hard under pressure. It also created an uncomfortable environment for customers, especially families who came to enjoy a meal and spend quality time with their children. I hope management can support staff more respectfully and create a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
