Do NOT order off the app. I have dietary restrictions so I requested some items be removed. The app included them anyways and when I went back to get it remade they a) said I had to pay for the new one and b) couldn't provide a refund for the first. The staff was nice but they weren't able to do anything. I lost a coupon, lost money, and lost my lunch break. Incredibly frustrating. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2

I live less than one mile from the subway in Wales yet I always choose the Delafield location. They have the best customer service, ever. single. time. Their subs are also somehow better than any other subway. Every worker i’ve ever encountered there has always been nice, patient and had excellent customer service. I don’t know how their subs are better than other subways, but if i moved 30 minutes away I’d still make the trip to always come to this subway. Amazing team. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First I picked up my pickup order and it was missing the cookies, sure honest mistake but then I get home to realize I Got a sandwich that was missing the topping and had the wrong cheese on it. Called asking what they could do about the matter and all they said is that they are sorry about the Inconvince and hung up. No offer to remake or refund. I spent $12 on a POS sub. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
