Had an absolutely disgusting encounter with HABIB here. Not only did he use foul language during our exchange but he literally wouldn’t let my girlfriend or myself pick up our pickup order. I had my girlfriend go in to attempt pickup first as she was already next door. He refused to let her pick it up saying it was a delivery order. Despite showing him several different screens as well as the physical receipt on the order, showing its a PICKUP, he still refused to let her pickup the order, saying it had to be delivered. I ended up having to also drive in after which he STILL wouldnt let me pick up my order. All in all, we ended our exchange with him throwing the food over the counter and telling me not to come back. Luckily for him, he does not need to worry about my business at his store ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

I had to get some sandwiches while at the park nearby. I ordered a pick up order from the app. I chose extra veggies and pickles, but I got less of every veggie option. This was the worst sandwich I have had at Subway. The management needs to do better. Maybe if you watch them make your sandwich it would be better. When we got back to the park to eat, it was too late. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
