Pulled up to the drive thru and heard the automated “take a minute to look over the menu and we’ll be right with you.” No problem. Then 10 minutes went by and no one said a word even after I asked three times if someone was going to help me. I finally left. Not the first negative experience at this location. Service: 1

I don’t usually write reviews but I never have a good experience with this subway! Ordered ahead on the app. Got there and the lady told me to pull up to the window, where I sat for 20 minutes. I ended up going back through the drive through and the lady was really rude on the speaker, had me pull back to the window and handed me my sub without saying anything. I was given a cold, untoasted meatball sub with the wrong bread and American cheese instead of pepper jack (I didn’t realize until I already had it home and was eating it). It was the nastiest sub I’ve ever had in my life and the longest I’ve ever waited for one too.
