My review is not based on the hourly employees who are there to do their job. It's based on the ownership. This is the skimpiest sandwiches place I've been to. The minimal product put on the sandwiches is shameful and they don't Waverly the subway coupons. Greed is gross. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

There’s literally only one person working night shifts and my order that’s supposed to take 10 minutes has been taking wayyy upwards of that. Nothing against the person working tonight, but definitely against the people who make the schedules and management that allow one person to deal with everything by themselves. Lots of others waiting in line too which is not a fun experience for anyone at least let the app tell you wait times are longer than usual or something subway.
