Placed a uber order that was due to be delivered by 5 past 8 at the latest, received it after half past 8, food was so cold you could feel the cold through the bag, meatballs without cheese, nachos was nearly nachos, crisps with a very small amount of cheese and no salsa, nacho bites squishy and cold through the bag. Disgusting Food: 1

Ordered a BMT sub on the app and went to collect over half an hour later, when I went in the Floors were filthy, tables scattered and also dirty. Said to the man behind the counter who also seamed scattered and more interested in his phone. He said “it’s not been made, 5 minutes” so I stood and waited as he rushed to make it. I would have though having over half an hour to complete a single item collection order would give enough time to organise but apparently not. Didn’t check to verify my order in any way and almost didn’t even give me a bag. The sandwich itself was fine but the service and condition of the shop itself was horrible. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Partner ordered jacket potato and was not suitable to eat! Hash brown cold inside. No crispy onions. No butter on potato. Chicken not fresh, stale and cold! Lumpy cheese. It was absolutely vile! Made partner literally sick! Called subway and the lady just argued and had a go. Terrible customer service. No apology! Would not recommend! Claiming refund back from uber eats. Waste of £10! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
