AVOID IF VEGAN !!! I visited this store on June 3rd to pick up my mobile order for my what was supposed to be vegan sandwich and instead I was served meat. The staff, were quite rude when I went back to get a refund after calling to let them know. In what world does "vegan" mean pork is acceptable to eat? This should be common knowledge for staff working in a restaurant who promote vegan options and it is appalling that they were okay to let this happen. The man who I assume was the manager gave me a refund but I would like to make a formal complaint about this situation as upon leaving the store a customer who had been in at same time as me let me know the staff were talking about me and using foul language to refer to me. This is completely unacceptable and had me honestly upset as if this situation wasn't bad enough the staff are swearing about me as well and Infront of customers!!! This whole store needs a good talking to by an area manager as well as environmental health as this was a serious mix up! I have been unwell since having this sandwhich due my consumption of meat. Not only was I given real pork on my sub but there was cross contamination with chicken tikka! The staff were in no way apologetic to the standards that they should be and I was made to seem as though it was my fault. I won't be visiting subway again as a long time customer it is sad that this experience has happened to me. Please retrain your staff and put some empathy into them as the girls are down right rude. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Served me real meat instead of vegan option avoid!

Shocking I placed a just eat delivery and they sent the wrong order phoned the shop and they said they already knew about it and did nothing about and was very rude to myself and my dad about it shouting at us ect not happy at all ! What if I was allergic to what they had delivered ect out of order ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kirsty is loud and obnoxious, don’t know why she has to shout as I’m not deaf. Use the store often but maybe watch out for the days kirsty is working a steer clear
