I ordered a footlong meatball marinara sub on flatbread with DOUBLE meat AND left a tip and i got a tiny wrapped up sub with an individual line of meatballs this is the second time it’s happened ordering from here. Will not be back to this location. 1 too many times wasting my money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to Subway expecting someone to come out and make our sandwiches, but nobody came out or even greeted us. We stood there waiting for so long that it honestly felt like nobody even cared we were there. The way the store was being run, someone literally could’ve walked back there and made their own sandwich and the employee would’ve never even known. We actually had to walk through the back door ourselves and saw the employee sitting there with headphones on. Then he finally said, “OK, OK, I’ll take care of you now.” At that point, we were so uncomfortable and disappointed that we didn’t even buy anything. We did not get a sandwich. It was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I don’t know if your employees are unhappy or not being treated well, but the way we were treated as customers was completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will never go to Subway again.Jersey Mikes all the way!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
