I’ve been going to this Subway for the past 5 years. Anytime there’s a special, I have my firm buy several. I honestly take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free or half-off deals almost every week. I eat a 6-inch sub every day I’m in the office, and the staff knows me by now — they recognize me as soon as I walk in to grab my to-go order. That said, I’ve had two ongoing issues: 1. The app is unreliable. One time, it locked me out for months saying I ordered too much from the store — which is just wild. Today, the MVP access didn’t work at all. So I went to the store to talk to the manager. 2. The manager, Sadru (I think that’s how you spell it), didn’t help. He knows me and usually greets me. But when I explained the app issue, he just said, “That looks like a technical problem,” and walked to the back for his break. No offer to help, no override, nothing — even though I’m a loyal customer. I walk 7 blocks to get to this store, and it feels like my loyalty doesn’t matter. The app is great when it works, but when it doesn’t, there’s no support. Honestly considering not coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
