Experiencia terrible, el que atiende es un señor cubano , grosero , altanero , mala experiencia el día de hoy, una cliente trato de pedir un sándwich, en inglés , trate de traducirle y el trabajador fue grosero con la señora , le expliqué que era una cliente y no debía tratarla de esa manera , me amenazo con golpearme con un palo de madera , gritando que quería darme “piña” es decir golpearme , no recomiendo el lugar por nada del mundo. This is the worst subway I have ever been to! The employee in the photo can't even communicate with you unless you speak Spanish. I asked for the manager, and she eventually figured out what I was asking and called her, then hung up with her and never let me speak to her. Finally, some guy comes out from the back (in photo) and asks what my problem is, but he's nobody, so I told him to ask her to call the manager back. The manager answered the phone, "OH MY GOD, WHAT!!!"... After I heard that I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund even though I hadn't received my sandwich. I tried calling the corporate office to get a refund but they decided speaking to customers over the phone isn't "modern" anymore and now you have to go to their website and fill out a bunch of info and wait and pray someone gets back to you. I guess I will have to submit a claim with my card company to get my money back. Read the other reviews, and do yourself a favor... avoid this place. Maybe if customers stop going there altogether, then they will close the place and this rude employee can go work somewhere that doesn't need her to speak English. Oh and don't call the store... it's goes straight to VM. I guess since she can't speak English what's the point of having her answer the phone??
