Placed an online order at 12pm for it to be picked up at 12:20pm. Walked in to get my order and the lady said “I don’t have your order, I gave it away to someone else. I’ll just have to remake it”. So I proceeded to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. Wasn’t offered a free drink or coupon or anything after it took 45 minutes to make my order after I placed it. Ridiculous, service was terrible. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would never eat a Subway again. I placed the order online when I made it. They say the order haven’t came through so I waited 15 minutes. The order still haven’t came through and they said they cannot give me my money back because it was going through a third-party which that you can’t get nobody on the phone, you have to email and they do not email back so I lost my money in my food Service: 1

I received coupons in the mail in went to the store and the lady told me they don't accept coupons losing a lot of money that way. Stop sending me coupons if I can't use them in the store. Food: 1 Service: 1
