Not bad food, customer service is pretty rubbish, servers come across like working is the last thing they want to be doing and put no effort in

Hi Subway Team, I’m writing to share feedback about an order I purchased from your store recently. I asked for my meal to be toasted/warmed, but when I started eating, the chicken pieces felt chewy and rubbery (like not properly heated through). Because of that, I couldn’t finish the meal. I’m concerned about food quality and safety, and I’d appreciate it if you could look into this with the team to ensure items are heated and served properly. Please let me know what you can do regarding this issue (refund or replacement would be appreciated).
