I've been to this restaurant several times this week. The employee climate is very negative towards Subway as a whole. Contrary to the advertising in the window and in the app filter, they do not take part in promotions or app coupons (except Daily Deals). Quote: “You don’t earn anything from it.” Unfortunately, there is no explicit information anywhere about how to order deliveries. Quote: “We only do that via our own website,” but it doesn’t say anywhere which page that is and it’s not stored in the app. Although friendly, the staff does not have the usual professionalism and customer orientation that one is used to. I will continue to get my subs there but only because there is no alternative in the area.
