The past 3 times that I ordered on the app I waited an additional 15 minutes to go up there to pick my food up and still had to wait another 20 minutes before my food was ready. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s always understaffed or staffed inexperienced high schooler that don’t care about the customers. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No napkins in the bag! And the guy making our sandwiches used the same knife to cut our sandwiches. That would have been fine had it not had Mayo on the knife and it was all over my husbands sandwich then! And he didn't order mayo on his sandwich at all. You are supposed to clean your knife between sandwiches as I have worked at subway the last two summers! So I know that is proper procedure! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
