Tonight I popped into Subway at 206 Stafford drive. And I had the best, friendliest Customer Service ever from a Subway franciase The Customer Subway Artists name was "Sunder" he was working the counter. He was so friendly, and gave such great Customer service. 5 star + ️️️️ Service tonight. Thank you so very much For all your hard work and excellent customer service. You deserve a raise. Awesome job Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There was this one worker who I’ve had multiple times and he is disgusting and nasty. He burns my subs, touches his face and clothes with his gloves then proceeds to touch my sub, he had a cut on his finger and still touched my sub. He works at Osmows as well and does the same stuff there too. Not communicative at all and very aggressive while making the sub. I’m never going to this subway again if I see him working there. Pls fire him. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Dear, The pictures you posted and descriptions aren’t looks from my subway location in Lethbridge with person pictured doesn’t make sense as well. There is any confusion about location for sure. I do not have any staff member working at any other restaurant. I have all staff only working at subway , stafford dr location. No employee is having any kind of injury or cut at fingers particularly. All staff is very generously behaving to all customers. I can definitely discuss with you at your convenience.
