This is for the Limavady 1 where more than 3 customers seems to be an issue for some older members of staff. Food is not what it used to be like and kind of rubbery then the prices are matched only by KFC for rip off!! Def not in my top 10 places for quick snack Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good, tasty food but after some recent staff changes (spring-summer 2025) the approach to the customer has deteriorated significantly. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: No bathroom. People have to consume their subs with dirty hands. Kid-friendliness: yes

I would absolutely avoid at all costs, food is standard subway, but it’s the customer service that is truly appalling, I was in on sat 16th dec, and it was a lady with blonde hair serving, she was very unpleasant, to begin with when I asked if I could get a cookie she sighed as if this was a huge issue, then she assumed I was paying by card without asking, once I stated I was paying by cash she sighed again and slammed off the card machine, then when I asked for a bag she proceeded to sigh again and has the most horrible manner! Not once did she say hello or thank you or snything, once I paid she just walked away without speaking. I then proceeded to say could she be a bit more pleasant, she walked off into the kitchen area. Unsure if she heard me but to have my 5 year old view such terrible manners! I’d definitely take custom elsewhere as this seems to be an ongoing issue here!!
