Food was ok, but it was freezing inside, had to ask the assistant to turn the AC down which she did. Restroom has not been open for over 4 months now. Very messy tables and floor. Please clean

I want to personally thank preepal from westway Cross branch. Amazing customer service. She is very welcoming person. Always with a smile and a very polite person. Almost every week me and my partner eat there and if we don't see her we miss her. She exactly know how to serve our food. Amazing person and a very good asset to your company. I ordered a 12-inch Veggie 2 Footlong sub. Before preparing my sandwich, the staff member took a broken piece of bread. I politely asked him to change the bread, but he ignored my request and continued making the sub. The bread also appeared stale and not fresh, and the taste was not good. I was not the only customer who noticed this issue; another customer also complained about the quality of the bread. The staff member’s name was Rajveer. I am disappointed with the service and the quality of the food I received. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better customer service and fresher food in the future. I think the brand value can be go down if the food and service will act like this . Just to notifying you that for formal complaint i m raising to subway head office as well. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £20–30
