New staff should really focus on how they make the subs! Experienced staff at this branch are excellent, the new staff i find myself constantly telling them to make the sandwiches properly. They use the right portions, but when you can see a 3rd of the sandwich has no filling, spread it out to balance the filling. For me its common sense!
