There was only one person running front of house when I went.... the guy was very efficient and polite. He managed the customers very well and coped with the pressure of doing it all alone very well. I think the manager should have thought about more staffing though as this Subway is close to Old Trafford cricket ground and there was a match on when we went between England and India so should have anticipated it to be busy and put on an extra staff member. Otherwise service was good. Meal type: Lunch
