I have been to many subways and have worked in customer service for a long time. And this is genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not only do the staff slop the food together without any care, but they wear headphones while serving you and don’t listen to you, making you repeat yourself several times. When serving customers, you should not be wearing headphones and you should take care in what you’re making, especially if it’s right in front of the customers face. I have been to this location a few times and I’ve had the same experience every single time. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. if you’re looking for a good subway in the area go to the Ascot Vale branch, they have fantastic service there. I never write reviews but the experience I’ve had here has been so bad that I felt that I needed to. Upon reading your other reviews it looks like most people have had the same experience. Absolutely amazing staff! We have done 3 large events now with minimal notice and they have catered for us amazingly! Think over 200 sandwiches! Cool. Professional. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5
