Hi A K...the drive thru does get backed up sometimes...depending on how many sandwiches or pizza's are ordered. As you know the sandwiches are custom made to each order so it does sometimes take a little longer. Glad you were able to come inside. I listened to the audio and watched the video of when y'all were in here. You can come watch and listen to the video if you would like. I heard you ask for "tons and tons of olives". I did not hear anyone call you "fat". I did hear them explaining we couldn't put much more on the wrap or we couldn't close it. About the $17...that is the price which is in the computer and it was being priced down. I heard them tell you that wasn't the price. You or the lady (by the way she was extremely nice and pleasant) that paid for everything was not going to be charged $17 for a 5 Meat Italian Wrap. I did also hear you asking if all the coupons excluded the 5 Meat Italian Wrap as it clearly states that on the coupon, so maybe you were upset about that I don't know.
