There is this young lady who makes me sandwich every time I come and she ALWAYS is soooo sweet!!!! The manager always makes me feel welcomed and the sandwiches are the bomb!!!!! The young lady who is always sweet should get a raise cause she be working her buns off!! You can really tell that she loves her job I think her name is AUBRI. All of the workers are so nice and care about how we as customers feel. They always have the biggest smiles when I walk in and while they’re making my food they always make sure it’s how I want it. I will definitely be returning to this store! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They have multiple sandwiches for dietary restrictions

I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway on Highway 155. The service was consistently poor, with long wait times and staff who seemed unmotivated and disorganized. What stood out the most, though, was the management. The manager’s attitude toward both customers and employees was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. It was clear that employees were not being treated with respect, which likely contributes to the negative atmosphere in the store. When staff are spoken to harshly or without basic decency, it shows in the overall quality of service and morale. As a customer, it’s frustrating to see that kind of environment, and it definitely impacts whether I would return. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and management practices. A respectful, supportive workplace would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone involved. If I could get zero stars, I would this place needs to to do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
