Would give zero if i could. Ordered through uber. Was not toasted and I had removed the tomato spinach and olives and all were left on lettuce and avo which I payed extra for were not even on there. As well as no double chesse absolutely disappointed in this. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in today to get a sandwich and there was a couple in front of me who also ordered sandwiches. The young man who was taking their order unfortunately had to consistently explain to them that the store had run out of certain things they were asking for. Anyways they left and he started serving me with a smile on his face, he asked me how I was and made me a great sandwich! Unfortunately during this time the man from the couple from earlier came in and started yelling at him about god knows what, it did not seem like a big deal whatsoever but the older man was being absolutely horrible to the young subway worker. The young worker stayed calm, assisted him to the best of his ability and explained that someone was meant to open earlier that day so it left the worker feeling unprepared. The older man kept hurling abuse at him and the young man stayed calm, collected and kind. I was appalled by the older man’s behaviour yelling at him like this but very impressed with the subway worker. I didn’t catch the workers name but he was on shift today at about 1pm on the 6/4/26. I hope his boss sees this and is able to congratulate and thank this young man for how he handled the situation. If the young man who I am talking about reads this, you did such a good job and I’m sorry people get angry at young workers for things that are so out of their control. Happy Easter, I hope you enjoyed your chocolate :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

this subway consistently is understaffed and really slow, i’ve had to go elsewhere many times not only due to the wait but also not having full stock of ingredients, by 1 they’ve run out of different cheeses, steak, breads and cookies. i feel bad for workers dealing with these conditions. it’s a busy subway and yet they’ll only have one person working, no wonder the customer service is not amazing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
